Nick's story
Nick had his left hip replaced by Mr Miles in 2021, followed by his right a little over a year after, in 2022. He recently got in touch with us to share this incredible picture and the following words.
“Dear Mr Miles, I thought I would send you this photo of my daughter and me at the summit of Kilimanjaro last week – two years (pretty much to the day) after you replaced my left hip; and eight months after you did my right hip. Both hips rose to the challenge without even a whimper of discomfort (although the descent takes its toll on the knees!). Kind regards, Nick.”
